Lawrence Hockey Nassau Association (LNHA), one of the oldest and most established youth hockey programs in central New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, has provided Youth Hockey to this area for over 50 years under the banner of the Lawrence Flames. Last year we had over two hundred and thirty players on fourteen competitive teams.
Based at the distinguished Loucks Ice rink on the prestigious campus of the Lawrenceville School, the Lawrence Nassau Flames offer an excellent hockey environment for any level of player. Programs exist for the novice "Cubs" learn-to-skate program to a very highly competitive "Midget AA" travel program. Lawrence Flames hockey has provided area youths the opportunity to learn and play ice hockey under a long term strategy that prepares and develops our players so they can be selected to play high school, prep school and college hockey.

The Lawrence Nassau Flames is a family-run, volunteer, not-for-profit organization. We are also currently accepting applications for developmental coaches and off-ice volunteers.
